Sticker Design Ownership & Usage Policy

1. Intellectual Property Rights

- All sticker designs sold by WBH Photography are original works and remain the exclusive intellectual property of WBH Photography

- Purchasing a sticker does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduce, modify, distribute, or creative derivative works from the design.

2. Restriction on Reproduction

- Customers may not resell, reproduce, or distribute the sticker design in any form,

including but not limited to digital replication, commercial reproduction, or

alterations by another artist or company unless given explicit written permission

to do so by WBH Photography

- Stickers purchased from WBH Photography are for personal use only. They may

be applied to personal belongings, but may not be used for commercial

branding, logo creation, or mass production, unless given explicit written

permission to do so by WBH Photography.

3. Unauthorized Use & Legal Action

- Any unauthorized reproduction, alteration, or resale of the design or sticker is a

violation of copyright law and will be subject to legal action.

- If you wish to license or obtain rights for commercial use, a separate written

agreement must be established with WBH Photography.

4. Custom Stickers

- If a custom sticker design is commissioned, WBH Photography retains all rights

to the original artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

- Custom designs may not be altered, replicated, or transferred to another artist or

company for modification.
